BECOMING AN INVESTOR
How Becoming a Money Partner with Sky Property Solutions Can Help Grow Your Wealth
Our Investment Process
We identify high-potential properties in growth areas with strong upside for renovation and resale. Each project is carefully assessed to ensure there is sufficient margin and profitability after purchase costs, renovation expenses, holding costs, and selling fees.
Once a suitable opportunity is secured, we prepare a detailed Funding Proposal outlining:
-
Property and suburb details
-
Project vision and renovation strategy
-
Estimated costs and timelines
-
Funding requirements
-
Projected returns
This proposal is provided exclusively to serious investors.
To protect all parties, we engage our solicitor to prepare a formal Loan Agreement with clear terms, conditions, and security provisions for our investors. All legal documentation is signed electronically for convenience, and we cover our solicitor’s fees.
Investor funds may come from savings, redraw facilities, superannuation (subject to your own advice), or other approved sources. Funds are typically required 1–2 business days prior to settlement.
Our solicitor then arranges for the funds to be transferred into a secure Trust Account, from which the property purchase and approved project expenses are managed.
Investor interest is calculated daily from the settlement date of the property purchase through to the settlement date of the completed sale. Most projects are completed within approximately 3–4 months, although some projects may extend to 6 months depending on the scope of works and market conditions.
Our investors are paid first, with an agreed return of 15% ROI per annum, regardless of the final project profit outcome.
We value long-term relationships and are focused on building ongoing partnerships with investors who share our vision. Our goal is to continue creating wealth through carefully selected renovation projects and mutually beneficial collaboration.
