BECOMING AN INVESTOR

How becoming a Money Partner and investing with Sky Property Solutions can help you grow your wealth. How it works:

  1. We find a profitable deal; a home in need of renovations in a growing area with enough disparity and room for profit after all expenses and renovation is complete. 

  2. We prepare a Funding Proposal with property details, vision for the project, suburb details, all costs involved, and funds needed for the project. We send this document to serious investors only.

  3. We engage our solicitor to draw a Loan Agreement with clear terms and security for you; our investor/s.

  4. You sign the agreement electronically through our solicitor. We cover our solicitor's fees.

  5. Your funds (either from savings, super, redraw, etc) will be needed 1 or 2 business days before the Settlement date on the Contract.

  6. Solicitor arranges for funds to go into a Trust Account where we'll have access to fund purchase of property and expenses. 

  7. We start calculating your interest daily from the day the funds are transferred on Settlement of the purchase until Settlement when we sell the renovated property. It usually takes 3 to 4 months from purchase to sale, but can take up to 6 months.

  8. It doesn't matter how much or little profit we make, You get paid first at 15% ROI p/a.

  9. If we're happy working with each other, and you like the results, we are planning to do many deals, so happy to build lasting relationships where we create wealth together by joining forces.
