   Inma Vassar Designs offers interior e design and website design services. These services include, but are not limited to, personalized design consultations, digital mockups, space planning, website development and support.

2. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to their projects. Inma Vassar Designs is not liable for delays or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Payment and Fees
   Payment for services is due as per the agreed terms outlined in your contract or invoice. Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property
   All designs, including graphics, images, layouts, and code, are the intellectual property of Inma Vassar Designs. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final designs for their intended purpose.

5. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project private and not disclose it to third parties.

6. Termination and Cancellations
   Clients may cancel services with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the project phase. Inma Vassar Designs reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Inma Vassar Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their project meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Modifications
   Inma Vassar Designs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inma Vassar Designs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
